  2.  Colorado Utilities Disk Manager (CUDM) A high volume disk catalog system.  
  3.  The standard version supports a up to 4,000+ records.  The Plus version
  4.  has an unlimited capacity.  Reads any disk size, including CD-ROM 
  5.  drives interfaced through standard MS-DOS drivers.  Reads and catalogs 
  6.  internal directories of compression libraries (ZIP, LHA, PAK, ZOO, ARC, MD, 
  7.  etc).  Many search capabilities including imbedded strings, wild card, etc. 
  8.  Allows 410 characters of comments per catalog entry. Supports 25/43/50 line
  9.  screens.

  11.  While you may freely share this program it is copyrighted material and if 
  12.  you continue to use it after a reasonable period (30 days) you are expected

  102.         count).

  104.      o  Added an Import/Export capability in the form of external programs
  105.         available to registered users. These programs will be sent on the
  106.         distribution disk or will be available on the BBS in the REGUSERS
  107.         section.

  110.     o  Changed the volume label routines to add the label to the
  111.        mediaID portion of the diskette boot record. (per DOS 4.x & 5.0)
  112.     o  Changed the record delete to take subordinate entries into account.
  113.        Deleting the volume now deletes all archives and files from that
  114.        volume. Deleting the archive deletes all files in the archive.
  115.     o  Moved the sequencing option to the menu. Improved the speed and
  116.        interface. See ORDER on the LIST menu.
  117.     o  Added a DEFAULT dialog option to include the drive letter in the
  118.        subdirectory field of the catalog record. Added this new flag to
  119.        the configuration file, so the new configuration version is 3.42.
  120.     o  Added Update/Add abort.  Hitting any key during operation will
  121.        abort the Update/Add.
  122.     o  Added a volume rename function. Alt-R will prompt for a new volume
  123.        name.
  124.     o  Added a Volume View option. (Kind of slow in this version, will
  125.        be speeded up in next release)
  126.     o  Corrected a design flaw which slowed down large updates.
  127.     o  Corrected a bug in the comment routines which failed to deallocate
  128.        memory after a comment was added. Systems would eventually run out
  129.        of memory and lock-up.
  130.     o  Fixed a bug in Screen and Print Layout windows. Prompts were
  131.        uppercase only.
  132.     o  Fixed a bug in the print routine which forced a "Printer head out
  133.        of position" error 18401.

  136.     o  Fixed a bug. The memo editor didn't release its buffer when
  137.        complete. Eventually the program would have all of memory and
  138.        choke.
  139.     o  Some macro systems take control of interrupt vectors which
  140.        conflict with CUDM when trying to shell to DOS.  Added code to
  141.        restore standard vectors and replace them upon return from DOS.
  142.        Also added code to completely shut-down the catalogs before
  143.        shelling out. This will protect the files if a proper exit from
  144.        the shell is not made.

  147.     o  Fixed a bug in the print routine which caused the print to abort
  148.        with a 18401 error on positional printers such as dot-matrix.
  149.     o  Added support for 43 and 50 line screen modes if operating on an

  152.        commandline program.

  157.     o  Fixed a new bug introduced in v3.52 Unable to save comments or
  158.        categories.

  160.     o  Overlay was only using standard RAM. Fixed it to use EMS. System is
  161.        now much faster.
  162.     o  Fixed a problem with the way the registered version allocates and
  163.        releases EMS memory. This should make system sharing easier.
  164.     o  Added universal hot keys.
  165.        - AltX ... exits CUDM from anywhere in the program.
  166.        - AltA or F5 ... Begins quick catalog from anywhere in the
  167.          program.

  170.     o  Left a debug flag set in 3.6 which prevented comments from being
  171.        saved. This is a reissue of 3.6 functionality.

  174.     o  This hasn't been my month. When returning the menu system to the
  175.        main program in version 3.52 I forgot to turn the mouse back on
  176.        in the main menu. Its now fixed. Sorry about the errors folks
  177.        I think they're all fixed now.

  180.     o  Once more into the breech.<g>  This release fixes the comment
  181.        search routine.  The original routine had an uninitialized case
  182.        flag and as a result wouldn't search for case sensitive until at
  183.        least one "ignore case" search was completed.
  184.     o  Fixed the DOS Shell option which worked fine for 25 line mode but
  185.        hung the system for 43 & 50 line modes. The allocated buffer used
  186.        to store the current window was too small.

  189.         Older version of HIMEM.SYS will hang the system when it tries to
  190.         allocate EMS. We recommend anyone having problems with system hangs
  191.         replace HIMEM.SYS with the version dated 3-10-92 3:10 or later.
